Sahar G. Dabliz, principal consultant of Compliance Strategies, has more than 35 years of pharmaceutical development experience across a wide range of program activity, chiefly in manufacturing, quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Dabliz graduated in 1986 from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy (Boston, MA) with a Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy. Since then, she has worked in all aspects of the industry: analytical, research and development, manufacturing of solid and semi-solid dosage forms, as well as liquids, biotechnology, and business development.  Her expertise includes compliance, quality assurance (QA), global development, implementation of quality systems, alignment of compliance and business contractual segments, quality management (QM), streamlining domestic and international due diligence auditing, and training. She is also Certified Lean Six Sigma.

Amy Lynn Tiller, Director of Quality & Compliance and managing partner of Compliance Strategies, has more than 30 years of regulated industry experience in quality assurance (QA), quality management (QM) and compliance.

Ms. Tiller graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with Bachelors of Arts in Psychology (1986) and Philosophy & Religion (1987). Her career has included all aspects of pharmaceutical GXP including early drug research and development, through manufacturing quality systems and corporate quality responsibilities in support of clinical trials. She is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
